If you have concerns about email security, create a free Proton email account to receive your payment receipt. (Proton Mail uses end‑to‑end encryption and zero‑access encryption, and your emails are not retained after deletion.)

You will be assigned a security password phrase by Dim-Zero for future communications.
2 / Select Service and Make Payment
To ensure your privacy, you may pay on the Telegram App or on our Pay page. To avoid a paper trail, we highly recommend you use a Visa or Mastercard gift card, readily available from local retailers or online.
Reminder: If you make a payment using a debit or credit card, this information will appear on your bank statements.
3 / Purchase a Lock
Dim-Zero will never have access to your unit, unless you give us permission. You must buy a lock (a combination lock is recommended) and secure the door, crate, or container yourself.

We will provide you with the appropriate facility or locker code access code, if applicable.
4 / Access Your Storage Space
Place your items into the unit and lock it up. You will have access to your unit for the duration of your storage term.

You can use the Dim-Zero storage space as your own, coming and going as you please.
5 / Renew Your Storage Term or Remove Your Items
Before the end of your storage term, you must either contact Dim-Zero via Telegram to extend your storage term or remove your items.

Dim-Zero will contact you via Telegram one week before the end of the term to ask if you want to extend, and, if not, will remind you to remove your items by the end date.

After that, you never need to communicate with us again.
