To get started, review the Pricing page and send us a message with your storage request and ZIP Code. We will reply within 24 hours with current availability and will confirm your reservation and final pricing.

If you prefer additional security for receiving your payment receipt, you may create a free Proton Mail account. Proton Mail offers end‑to‑end and zero‑access encryption, and your emails are permanently removed once deleted.
After your reservation is confirmed, Dim‑Zero will assign you a unique security password phrase to use in all future communications.
2 / Select Service and Make Payment
To ensure your privacy, consider the options on our Pay page. To avoid a paper trail, we highly recommend you use a Visa or Mastercard gift card, readily available from local retailers or online.
Reminder: If you make a payment using a debit or credit card, this information will appear on your bank statements.
3 / Purchase a Lock
Dim‑Zero will never enter or access your unit without your explicit permission. You are responsible for securing your space by purchasing your own lock (we recommend a combination lock), and ensuring the door, crate, or container is properly locked at all times.
If your unit requires a facility or locker access code, we will provide you with the appropriate code so you can enter the space whenever needed.
4 / Access Your Storage Space
Place your items inside the unit and secure it with your lock. You will have full access to your unit for the entire duration of your storage term.
During that time, you are free to use the Dim‑Zero hidden storage space as if it were your own — entering, organizing, adding, or removing items whenever you wish.
5 / Renew Your Storage Term or Remove Your Items
Before your storage term expires, you are responsible for either contacting Dim‑Zero via Telegram to request an extension or removing your stored items.
Dim‑Zero will reach out to you on Telegram approximately one week before your term ends to confirm whether you would like to extend your storage. If you choose not to extend, we will send a reminder to collect your items before the final date.
Once your items have been removed or your term has been extended, no further communication with us is required.
