How does the storage process work?

Simply send us a message outlining your storage needs along with your ZIP code.  Our team will review your request, confirm availability, and provide a reservation along with a clear price quote and a verbal passcode phrase.  Once payment is complete, you’ll receive all the details you need to access your storage unit immediately. 

 

Your term will run through the agreed‑upon period, and when it’s nearing expiration, you’re welcome to contact us at any time to renew.  The entire process is designed to be straightforward, efficient, and hassle‑free.

Is my property safe and secure?

Absolutely!  Our facilities are equipped with advanced security measures, ensuring that your property is safe, secure, and protected from unauthorized access.

Can I access my stuff anytime?

If your items are stored in a traditional self‑storage facility, you may access them at any time during the facility’s posted operating hours.  For items stored in pods or within one of our warehouse locations, simply contact us to schedule access or request a delivery.  Our team will coordinate a convenient time and ensure your items are made available with minimal hassle.

Are communications and transactions with Dim-Zero confidential?

We conduct all communication exclusively through the Telegram platform to help maintain a high level of privacy.  Telegram provides encrypted messaging, which supports secure and discreet interactions.  To further protect your confidentiality, we do not use traceable email, SMS, or other conventional messaging channels.  Please note that safeguarding your privacy also depends on the tools and settings you choose to use on your devices, so we encourage you to ensure your apps and configurations align with your personal security needs.

 

While Dim‑Zero is a U.S.–based company, our daily operations rely on a suite of Swiss‑based applications known for their strong privacy standards and robust data‑protection frameworks. This combination allows us to deliver a secure, reliable, and privacy‑focused experience for every client.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard, which can be processed either on our website or directly within the Telegram payment tab.  For clients who prefer an added layer of personal privacy, prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift cards—available at most major retailers—may offer a more discreet option.  Please keep in mind that different payment methods vary in how they appear on your own financial records, and it is important to choose the option that aligns best with your comfort level and personal circumstances.

While we support a range of secure payment channels, we encourage all clients to make informed decisions about the tools they use and to consider their own privacy practices when selecting a payment method.

What items are prohibited?

The storage of tobacco products, narcotics, and firearms is strictly prohibited.  

What if someone other than me contacts your for information about my transaction?

We will never communicate with, or release any information to, anyone who cannot provide the designated verbal password. This safeguard ensures that all inquiries and interactions are authenticated and secure. To maintain the integrity of this protection, it is essential that you keep your verbal password strictly confidential and share it with no one. Your diligence in safeguarding this credential helps us uphold the highest standards of privacy and client security.
