This includes all information that Dim‑Zero may obtain through direct communication, indirect interaction, or any form of engagement with the Client. Such information is considered confidential in all forms—verbal, written, digital, or otherwise transmitted.
Confidential Information includes, without limitation, the following categories of data and materials: business records and strategic plans; financial statements and related financial data; customer lists, profiles, and transaction histories; trade secrets; technical specifications and documentation; product information; inventions and research materials; product design details; pricing structures; discount schedules; cost information; software programs, documentation, and related listings; source code and object code; copyrights and other forms of intellectual property; account numbers; property locations; member or client contact information; and any other proprietary or sensitive information disclosed in the course of business.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
We do not incorporate embedded content such as videos, images, or articles from external websites.
